Our Return Policy

We don't accept returns or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

Because of the nature of the following items, they can't be returned or exchanged: 

  • Art prints or original commissions. Since I ask all clients to follow their project's progress on social media, this means we will be in constant contact over any changes that may need to be made AS THEY HAPPEN. This eliminates the need for an unhappy client that wants to return an item.
  • Custom or personalised orders 
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers) 
  • Digital downloads 
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 
  • Items on sale 

If an item is damaged during shipment and is proven to not be the fault of the client, then contact us immediately and we will work together to make it right!
